2D Toxicity MTS Assay

Basic information

• 2D experiment in 96-well plate
• Cell line: MIA PaCa-2, PANC-1
• Nanoparticles: GGAG@SiO₂, GGAG@SiO₂-RB
• Concentration: 0.0, 0.05, 0.1, 1 mg/mL
• Incubation: 24 h

Experiment procedure

1. 96-well plate, seeding 5000 cells/well in 50µL culture medium, 24 hours grow
2. Adding 50µL nanoparticle’s suspension
3. 24hours incubation cells with nanoparticles
4. Rinsing cells with PBS
5. Adding 80µL media + 20µL CellTiter Aqueous One Solution Cell Proliferation Assay
6. 2 hours incubation
7. Absorbance measurement at 490nm
8. Putting the viability solution to new 96-well plate for measurement without cells
9. Absorbance measurement at 490nm
