• Cell lines:
  • PANC-1 5000 cells/well; P47; viability: 69 %, 15 %, 45 %
  • MIA PaCa-2 5000 cells/well; P36; viability: 79 %, 79 %, 75 %
• Nanoparticles: GGAG:Ce@SiO₂-RB
• Concentration: 0.01 mg/mL = 10 µg/mL
• Growing spheroids 48 hours
• Incubation nanoparticles plan: 48h, 40h, 28h, 24h, 16h, 8h, 6h, 2h, 30min, 0h
• Incubation nanoparticles before imaging:
• 5 day experiment
• R1 first replication with MIA PaCa-2
• R2 second replication with PANC-1
